Project Description:

Creating Leaders is a program designed to develop leadership and employability skills in disadvantaged youth in the Norlane/Corio suburbs of Geelong, two of the most disadvantaged areas in the region. It consists of two initiatives: Leadership Development, which will provide education and training and the opportunity to experience and develop skills; and Community Connections, which will allow the young people to develop and utilise their skills and have their experiences nurtured and further enhanced in the planning and delivery of valued community projects and programs.
